GENERAL

What kind of catering do you offer?


We offer pick-up and delivery catering at all locations.


Can I order catering the same day as my event?

We can guarantee orders placed at least 24 hours before your event. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate last-minute requests—we’ve all been there. Email us at catering@eatnakedfarmer.com and we’ll let you know what we can do for you.


How do I place a pick-up catering order?

On our ordering page, enter the address of the Naked Farmer restaurant where you’d like to pick up. After making your menu selections, click “View Order” and under “Order Type,” select “Pick-Up.” Rather us deliver? Select “Delivery.” 


Is there a minimum purchase for orders?

We accept pick-up catering orders of all sizes. For delivery, we require a minimum order of $100.


I’d like to order catering for more than 30 people. What are my options?

We offer packages for groups of 10 (small), 20 (medium), and 30 (large). You can order as many packages as you need to accommodate your entire party. Have 60 guests? Order two large packages. For groups of 15, 25, or any other quantity of guests that lies between our package sizes, we recommend adding one or two extra “À La Carte” sides (8–10 people) to your order.

FOOD SET-UP

How much food comes in an À La Carte tray?

Our À La Carte trays feed 8–10 people, with portions similar to our in-restaurant portions.


How is the food packaged?

All of our catering is served in 100% compostable family-style trays.


Does my order include plates, napkins and utensils?

All orders will arrive with napkins and bowls. Need serving and eating utensils? You can request those on the checkout page. 


Will your team help set up my order?

Our catering services are drop-off only, with the exception of special events.


What vegan/gluten-free/soy-free options do you offer?

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs on our catering menu. You will find allergen information included in the description of each menu item. If you have questions about dietary needs or ingredients, please email us at catering@eatnakedfarmer.com.

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

When should I request delivery drop-off if my meeting or event starts at a specific time?


When placing an order, you can select a 15-minute delivery window (e.g.: 12:45–1:00 p.m.). We recommend choosing an earlier window than the time of your event to allow enough time for set-up.


What if my address is outside your delivery zone?

While we cannot guarantee delivery to out-of-zone locations, you can always check with us through the contact form of our website, or by emailing catering@eatnakedfarmer.com. Or, you can always place a pick-up order from a nearby Naked Farmer restaurant.


Do you offer house accounts and rewards for frequent catering?

Sure do! We offer our house accounts with monthly billing, which are perfect for organizations looking to place a large volume of catering orders. Do you have a recommendation for gratuity?

Tipping is optional, but a gratuity of 5–10% can be added at checkout and is always appreciated.

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION

How do I make edits to my order?

If your requested delivery time is more than 24 hours out, you can edit your order by logging in to your Naked Farmer account and clicking the “Edit Order” button next to your future order. To make changes, you’ll go through the ordering process again and confirm your edits at the end. This is not a new order, and your card will only be charged once for the updated amount. If you need to change your order within 24 hours, please contact your local Naked Farmer restaurant directly via the phone number on your order confirmation.


What is your cancellation policy?


Stuff happens—we totally get it. The more heads up you can give us, the more we can help. Email us at catering@eatnakedfarmer.com.com and we will do our best to accommodate your change of schedule. For cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time, we will only charge 50% of your order’s total. We will not charge for cancellations with more than a day’s notice.
