The Heart of Fall, From the Farm

Fall looks different in Florida–the air’s still warm, the sun still strong–but the farms tell a different story. The harvest shifts from light and crisp to hearty and rich. Roots, squash, and greens take over the fields, and that change shows up on our Fall menu too.

This season, we wanted to bring that comfort to the table. Food that feels warm and filling, but still fresh. The kind of food that makes you slow down for a minute, even on the busiest days.

What Fall Tastes Like

The known and loved Chili Garlic Brussels Sprouts make a return to our menu, roasted until golden and crispy and tossed with Garlic, Shallots, and a little Korean Chili Flake for some heat. Our Roasted Sweet Potatoes have gotten a cozy upgrade, now glazed with cinnamon.

Green Beans, from R.C. Hatton Farms in Pahokee, FL are roasted and topped with Crispy Shallots for the perfect balance of crunch and flavor. For a lighter but still hearty option, our Chicken Waldorf Salad hits that sweet-spot lunch balance and features antibiotic-free Roasted Chicken Breast from Springer Mountain Farms in Springer Mountain, GA. Then folded with Red Onion, Celery, Golden Raisins, and Walnuts tossed in a creamy Vegan Mayo (Un)dressing.

Spiced Farro & Butternut Squash combines nutty Whole Wheat Farro with roasted Butternut from Pexco Farms in Plant City, FL, a hint of Cinnamon, fresh Orange Juice, Dried Cherries, and Walnuts. It’s earthy, lightly sweet, and deeply satisfying. For something refreshing to balance all the warmth, our Marinated Cucumbers bring crisp, bright flavors with a little tang and earthy spices—perfect alongside the heartier dishes.

And new this year, the Fall Chop Salad—a composed salad layered with Autumn Farro, roasted Butternut Squash, Kale, Arugula, Candied Pecans, Crispy Shallots, Goat Cheese, and Golden Raisins, tossed in White Balsamic Vinaigrette. It’s hearty, colorful, and everything Fall should taste like.

Fall at the Farm

Everything starts with our local farms, harvested at its peak, and cooked with care. This menu is about embracing what’s fresh, what’s hearty, and what makes Fall in Florida feel just a little more like the season we’ve been waiting for.

Even if the days are busy and the pace picks up, these dishes give you a reason to pause, enjoy something real, and feel a little cozier—the kind of food that reminds you why we love what we do at Naked Farmer.

See you at the farm,
