A Fresh Take on Winter

Now Serving Winter

Winter is a season of contrast. Crisp and bright, yet comforting and grounding. It’s the time of year when fresh greens meet hearty grains, when bold sauces matter more, and when familiar favorites feel especially welcome.

Our Winter Menu was built with that balance in mind—bringing back dishes you’ve been asking for, while introducing new plates that feel right for the season ahead.

The Returns You’ve Been Asking For

We heard you.
Maple Glazed Carrots are back after being one of our most-requested returns. Roasted until tender and finished with just enough sweetness to highlight their natural depth. Crispy Smashed Potatoes, from Mack Farms in Lake Wales, FL, are back too—golden, crunchy, and built for scooping, dipping, and piling high on your plate.

These are the dishes that earned their place—simple, satisfying, and endlessly craveable.

What’s New This Season

Winter also brings a wave of fresh additions designed to keep things bright and interesting.

Our Tomato & Cucumber Salad, with tomatoes from Pacific Tomato Growers in Palmetto, FL,  adds a crisp, refreshing counterpoint to the season’s heartier dishes. Winter Citrus Farro layers nutty grains with vibrant citrus and herbs for a base that eats like a meal.

We’re also introducing new house-made flavors that bring every plate together. Spicy Miso Aioli adds a bold, savory kick, while White Balsamic Vinaigrette keeps things clean, balanced, and lightly sweet.

For something more composed, our new salads take the spotlight. The Seared Salmon Salad pairs perfectly cooked salmon with fresh greens and seasonal elements for a satisfying, protein-forward option. The Harvest Chop Salad delivers on texture, crunch, and flavor—built to be hearty, filling, and anything but an afterthought.

A Menu Built for Right Now

This Winter menu is about intention. Thoughtful sourcing. Real ingredients. Food that feels good to eat and easy to return to—whether you’re stopping in for a quick lunch or settling into something more filling.

Familiar where it matters. Fresh where it counts.

See you at the farm,
