That’s why it’s encouraging to see the new U.S. Food Pyramid place its emphasis where it belongs: on whole, real foods. Vegetables, fruits, quality proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains—foods that nourish rather than merely fill. -

Our chefs built this Thanksgiving menu around the classics: Roasted Turkey with Gravy, Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Chutney, and a new Vegan Pumpkin Loaf slice baked fresh in-house. Every dish is made from scratch with ingredients from local farms, so you can get the full Thanksgiving experience, any day of the week.

Fall looks different in Florida–the air’s still warm, the sun still strong–but the farms tell a different story. The harvest shifts from light and crisp to hearty and rich. Roots, squash, and greens take over the fields, and that change shows up on our Fall menu too.
