The First Taste of Spring 🌷
Now Serving Spring
There’s a certain point in the year where everything just starts to feel a little different.
The air softens, the days stretch a little longer, and what you’re craving shifts without you really thinking about it. You want something lighter, a little more vibrant—food that feels good to eat and easy to come back to.
That’s exactly where our new Spring menu comes in.
What’s New This Season (and What’s Back)
A few dishes never really left the rotation—they just took a break.
The Cucumber Ranch Salad is back, still cool, creamy, and packed with dill and tarragon. The Green Beans with Crispy Shallots, from R.C. Hatton Farms (Hastings, FL), bring that simple, savory flavor with a little crunch on top. And the Golden Quinoa returns as that go-to-Grain that works with just about everything.
Spring also gives us a chance to introduce a few new things our chefs have been working on.
The Tomato Tofu Caprese Salad is our take on a classic—juicy tomatoes from Pacific Tomato Growers (Palmetto, FL) and Patterson Farms (Mount Ulla, NC), marinated tofu, basil, and a little balsamic to tie it all together. It’s balanced, easy, and fits right in.
The Spring Garden Kimchi adds something a little unexpected. Kimchi is a traditional fermented vegetable dish—bright, tangy, and layered with natural depth from the fermentation process. Ours leans fresh and vibrant, adding a sharp, slightly spicy contrast that cuts through richer elements on the plate.
A New Plant-Based Main
You asked, we listened. Meet the standout this season, our all-new vegan Main: Crispy Sesame Tofu.
Golden and crisp on the outside, tender inside, and tossed in a savory sesame garlic sauce with just enough sweetness to balance it out. Finished with basil and green onion for a fresh bite.
Charlotte, This One’s Yours
We’ve always built our menus around what’s growing close to us and tasting its best in the moment. For Charlotte, that means leaning into local strawberries while they’re peak-season with our new dessert–Strawberry Shortcake.
Made with fresh local strawberries from Lewis Nursery and Farms (Rocky Point, NC). Layered over soft cake, topped with whipped cream. Simple, seasonal, and available for a limited time only at our Charlotte location.
A Menu Built for Right Now
A little lighter, a little brighter, and exactly how Spring should feel.
